Boxing Mittwork and PT Yoga

My passion for boxing began when my uncle gave me a pair of boxing gloves for Christmas. I would throw down with my uncles, and later, my friends in basement or backyard brawls. That passion continued when I attended $2 boxing classes at the UGA student center. After months of training, I began competing on the UGA Club Boxing team, sparring against other athletes from schools in the southeast.

Since 2012, I've been training, equipping and inspiring everyday heroes to literally fight for what they believe in most through Brawl for a Cause. Since 2014, I've been coaching a free beginner boxing class at Atlanta Tech Village. Since 2015, I've taken on a few referral-based one-on-one clients for personal training, boxing, and now yoga. I completed the Body Design University personal training course in 2017, and I am a Lululemon MindFulOn certified yoga teacher in the ashtanga, pranayama and dhyana disciplines. I love helping friends and Brawlers transform their bodies and lives.

HOSTING

Event Hosting and Speaking

My passion for performing, speaking and hosting began early in life acting in the Nutcracker and as the lead in an opera called the Mikado. I loved communicating and being in front of people, and I carry that love on to speaking and hosting events today.

Most recently, I have hosted/emceed Brawl for a Cause in Mercedes Benz Stadium (1,200 guests), Brawl for a Cause in the Georgia World Congress Center (1,200 guests), the 2019 Journey Awards at Buckhead Theatre (400 guests). I will be hosting the 2019 Atlanta Business Chronicle "Best Places to Work" Awards at the Intercontinental and looking forward to more opportunities to showcase great stories and inspiring people.

CONSULTING

Consulting Offerings

I incorporated my first business when I was 21, but I have been an entrepreneur since selling marshmallows at snacktime in 4th grade. Since then, I have built a nonprofit that has donated over $700,000 to over 100 different 501(c)3 organizations, managed a social media marketing agency specializing in Instagram growth and engagement, and worked as an early employee at two successful technology startups, SalesLoft and Roadie.

My deepest topic of knowledge is large-scale event planning and marketing, especially when it comes to fundraising events. Through Brawl for a Cause, I have hosted events in venues ranging from 1,100 seat music venues like the Georgia Theatre, 1,500 person hotel ballrooms like the Westin and Grand Hyatt, 2,500 person conference rooms like the Georgia World Congress Center, and the venue for the NCAA National Championship, Super Bowl, and countless top tier concerts, Mercedes Benz Stadium. I have also worked closely with Entrepreneurs like Marc Gorlin, Kyle Porter and Gary Vaynerchuk to grow their businesses and plan/execute excellent live-event experiences, most recently co-managing Gary Vee's week-long Super Bowl event experiences in Atlanta, culminating in a co-branded Super Bowl Party with VaynerMedia, VarynerSports, and Maxim.

Areas where I can provide value:

  • Personal Branding and Social Media Growth and Engagement

  • Event Planning, Management, Marketing, and Execution

  • Starting an LLC, Sole Proprietorship, or 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization
